\nUm policial militar foi preso ap\u00f3s agredir e xingar um delegado e um investigador da Pol\u00edcia Civil durante uma blitz, na madrugada de domingo (24), na Enseada do Su\u00e1, em Vit\u00f3ria.<\/p>\n

O Sindicato dos Delegados de Pol\u00edcia do Esp\u00edrito Santo (Sindepes) informou que o delegado agredido \u00e9 o chefe da Divis\u00e3o Especializada de Delitos de Tr\u00e2nsito, Maur\u00edcio Gon\u00e7alves da Rocha.<\/p>\n

A fiscaliza\u00e7\u00e3o era realizada por equipes da Pol\u00edcia Civil, da Guarda Municipal de Vit\u00f3ria e do Departamento Estadual de Tr\u00e2nsito (Detran|ES) quando abordaram o ve\u00edculo onde estava o policial militar. Assim que a abordagem foi feita, o militar que n\u00e3o teve a patente, idade e nome informados, saiu do carro e agrediu o delegado e o investigador.<\/p>\n

O policial militar foi conduzido \u00e0 Delegacia Regional de Vit\u00f3ria e foi autuado, em flagrante, duas vezes por les\u00e3o corporal praticada contra autoridade policial no exerc\u00edcio da fun\u00e7\u00e3o, por patrocinar, direta ou indiretamente, interesse privado perante a administra\u00e7\u00e3o p\u00fablica, valendo-se da qualidade de funcion\u00e1rio, por resist\u00eancia \u00e0 a\u00e7\u00e3o policial e por desacato a funcion\u00e1rio p\u00fablico.<\/p>\n

“Ele foi encaminhado ao pres\u00eddio Militar, no Quartel do Comando Geral (QCG) da Pol\u00edcia Militar, \u00e0 disposi\u00e7\u00e3o da Justi\u00e7a”, informou a Pol\u00edcia Civil.<\/p>\n

Em nota, a PM disse que vai adotar todas as medidas necess\u00e1rias e cab\u00edveis para apurar a conduta do policial militar envolvido no fato.<\/p>\n

O Sindepes repudiou as agress\u00f5es sofridas pelo chefe da Divis\u00e3o Especializada de Delitos de Tr\u00e2nsito e pelo investigador. “\u00c9 profundamente lament\u00e1vel que um servidor p\u00fablico, cuja miss\u00e3o \u00e9 zelar pela ordem e pelo cumprimento da lei, tenha agido de forma t\u00e3o desrespeitosa e incompat\u00edvel com os valores que deveria representar.
