A delegada Ana Lu\u00edza Nogueira confirmou, em entrevista coletiva na manh\u00e3 desta ter\u00e7a (2), que pediu a pris\u00e3o preventiva do policial militar flagrado agredindo uma mulher em um posto de combust\u00edveis no bairro Antares, em Macei\u00f3. A agress\u00e3o foi filmada e o v\u00eddeo foi compartilhado nas redes sociais.<\/p>\n

\u201cA Pol\u00edcia Civil j\u00e1 tomou todas as provid\u00eancias acerca desse caso. N\u00f3s j\u00e1 ouvimos a v\u00edtima e tamb\u00e9m as testemunhas. Temos a prova cabal de que \u00e9 o v\u00eddeo que circulou nas redes sociais. Segundo as investiga\u00e7\u00f5es, o homem \u00e9 um policial militar e j\u00e1 responde pelo crime de amea\u00e7a, praticado em 2012. Ele deve responder por les\u00e3o corporal, viol\u00eancia de g\u00eanero e amea\u00e7a porque, segundo testemunhas, ele chegou a puxar uma arma. Se condenado, a pena pode chegar a cinco anos de pris\u00e3o.<\/p>\n

No depoimento, a mulher que levou o tapa no rosto disse que n\u00e3o tem nenhuma liga\u00e7\u00e3o com agressor. Ela contou que voltava de uma festa quando parou em um posto de combust\u00edveis para tomar caf\u00e9 da manh\u00e3 com uma amiga. Nesse momento, a amiga come\u00e7ou uma briga com o ex-namorado e a v\u00edtima saiu em sua defesa.<\/p>\n
